Thumbs up for CJ7!

Went to watch CJ7 with JX yesterday. It was really a hilarious movie and i was laughing heartily throughout. The storyline was heartwarming & sad as well, as Stephen Chow played a construction worker who worked very hard to provide and pay for his son's expensive school fees in an exclusive academy. For those who have yet to watch this movie, i would highly recommend it to you. To know more about the movie, you can refer to http://www.sonypictures.net/movies/cj7/.

Btw, something funny happened in the cinema which i would like to share with you.. There was this quite big-sized girl, around 12 years old, sitting next to me. She seemed quite irritated with me as my hp blinked, and she turned to signal the call to me with a stern look on her face. Shortly after, there was this scene which i wanted to laugh but felt the pressure not to.. it was a scene of a big gigantic kid, with a cute feminine voice, whom Stephen Chow's son helped stand up against the bullies in class. (See insert below). Frankly speaking, since it's a matter of preference, there is perfectly nothing wrong to be on the bigger side. But as the movie was over-exaggerating, everyone can't help but burst into laughter.. except for the big-sized girl next to me, nonchalant about the scene and munching on her popcorns emotionlessly... As sensitive as i always have been, i tried very hard to suppress my laughter ... hmm... remember how stern she was previously, i was afraid she might turn and yell into my face, thinking that i am discriminating the bigger size people.

Anyway, hope you will enjoy yourself too should you decide to watch CJ7 and hope you had a great weekend!
