Toby finally gets to sleep soundly. This poor doggie has been experiencing physical pain and lost of appetite resulting from an operation on its testicles 2 weeks ago. As it is not sterilised since young, cancerous lumps grew in its testicles. Given his old age, i was fearing he might pass on during the operation. Thank God he managed to pull through it. Toby is indeed strong boy. :)

Do you believe in miracles? All these while, it has been a head knowledge to me but never an encounter.. Sometimes human nature is such that we want to be in control of situations around us. We wish for harmony among friends, love and acceptance from others.. The perfect life it seems. When things go wrong or did not happen the way we want them to be, we get frustrated and start to figure out the whys.. get regretful, or even resentful. Especially when uncontrollable factors added to the already complicated situations, making them even more complex. Sometimes, it is through these incidents that we get to realise why we reacted certain ways. But this usually happen too late. Damages have been done. Frenships in ruin. Hearts have turned cold.

Have you been through this path before? I have. Many a times, leaving me asking God why. Not able to find an answer (or perhaps, it isn't my call to question in the first place), I got impatient and try to rectify the situation through my own human effort but worsening the whole situation instead. I became exhausted, and decided to give up. But it is at this moment, that things took a turn. Things that seem impossible to my natural mind became possible. Frenships that seem impossible to reconcile, got patch back again. It came so unexpected, and how things got turned around is simply beyond comprehension. A plan that can never be derived from the human mind. It happened so quickly, and seemed so easy.

I cannot be more convinced. That in Christ, there's really reconciliation. His perfect love, can erase every hurt and bring peace to any situations.. If we are patient enough to wait for His timing, and leave things to Him when we know that we have done our best and there is nothing more we can do. He's never late or early, but always just in time.

I really need to learn to have more patience with my life. :)
